![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And like the title implies, there are 3 of these books! All with a massively different story so the same things don't repeat! From escaping a cannibal, to genocide, to escaping from death's underworld, the ideas seem very out of the ordinary and honestly far-fetched, but the books handle the situations very well and these definitely deserved my time and hopefully yours too. The different personalities and mindsets are just breathtaking, too. I'm not sure if this is just me, but when I read I imagine all the scenes like a literal movie in my head, and the way the books describe the settings and happenings really just magical. I won't go too much into the storyline, but the characters, villains, POVs and twists are extremely well-done. Don't let the boringness of bats deter you, though, because this series to say myself is definitely the best I've read. It's a relatively old series, published around the 2000's if I remember, about these bat colonies. I recently finished the Silverwing Trilogy by Kenneth Opal. ![]()
